Finally it has happened .. Brisbane’s cupcake drought is over and Carousels is here!

Yes, those itty bitty parcels of pure goodness are back and back in a big way! & we have been watching and waiting & baking & testing for some time now, and anticipating the time when we could hatch a little bake shop of our own.. a special little place where we could serve some beautiful creations and just have a lot of fun!

We’ve mixed a home grown fifties feel, a little mix of modern and retro, we really want you to feel at home when you come to us .. get the feeling that you’ve walked into your mum’s kitchen and she’s whipped you up some special treats, filled them with love and packaged them in the nicest way possible - just for you.
